Youth Outreach and Community Support Programs – Kampala, Uganda
We provide education, housing, food, rehabilitation, and family resettlement services for at risk youth in and around Kamapa. We also offer training in sustainable farming, entrepreneurship training, and support for homeless mothers, their families, and other at-risk individuals in the region.
Pangawa Village Community Education Project – Arua, Uganda
We have secured land and are currently in the process of fundraising to open a school and sustainable farming project in Arua, Uganda that will service the local community, the children in our existing programs, and children from refugee camps within the area.
Young Mother’s & Women’s Empowerment Programs
Our young mother’s and women’s empowerment programs are designed to create stable livelihoods for single mothers through provision of homes and starter capital for income generation activities (seed capital) for mothers around Kampala and Wakiso districts. This project is still in development and will build on the work already done by Peace for Children Africa for children by providing a real home environment with skills training and capital for income generation.
